The ECA Strength and Conditioning Summer program is a comprehensive youth training program designed for high level athletes looking to get to the next level of their sport. Our goal is to build complete athletes by providing strength, explosiveness, speed, power, conditioning and functional mobility training techniques tailored to their sport and ability level. This program runs most Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday mornings (evenings in June) for 9 weeks.
